J.W. Solomon Federal Building & Courthouse (102)

The courtroom renovation at the Federal Courthouse in Chattanooga, Tennessee was Carmon Construction’s first of many court projects. This project consisted of the demolition of all finishes from an existing post office area and building a complete courtroom with judge’s chambers including offices for secretaries, law clerks and a complete law library. The courtroom and all of the judge’s chambers were done with walnut trim and paneling. The project included all electrical, HVAC, plumbing and sound systems required for a modern court facility.
