Dekalb 911 Project

The Project’s scope of work consisted of the new construction of a single-story building consisting of a total of 12,756 gross sq. ft.   The building consisted of office spaces, a multi-media and multi-purpose meeting room a dispatch room with included a raised floor system, and an entry lobby with Impact Rated Aluminum Storefronts and Entrances.

The scope of the work included cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure in the main building, structural steel framing with metal decking, and reinforced concrete topping, Cast-in-place concrete walls enclosed the meeting room, utility kitchen and mezzanine. 

The interior finishes consisted of Access Control systems using maglocks, Electronic FEMA door assemblies, all glass entrances, luxury vinyl, ceramic tile, luxury carpet tile, accessible wood ceiling, an acoustical ceiling system, and modern LED lighting system. 

The exterior included TPO roofing, stone veneer, EIFS, and pre-weathered metal panels.    The Pre-weathered metal panels were utilized in conjunction with stone veneer and EIFS to present a modern industrial look.  The exterior hard surfaces, landscaping and exterior lighting system creates a dramatic effect at night.

An Electric Generator, Data Room with server, communications room, rack mounted cooling units are powered by uninterruptable power source.
