This project began with asbestos abatement at exterior parapet walls. Complete exterior demolition followed and included; parking lots, curbs and gutters, landscape, concrete paving/ stairs/sidewalks/walls. Over 10,000 SF of EIFS, insulation, Metal siding, coping and canopies were removed. Existing footings from original construction were notched and modified to accept over 360 helical piers for foundation reinforcement. Interior walls, ceilings, skylights, flooring, aluminum storefront windows and doors were dismantled to prepare new central reception area entrances from opposite sides of the building.

Extensive steel framing for masonry pilaster encircled the new building exterior façade. Architectural concrete masonry units and brick made up almost 60,000 SF of new exterior accented with an additional 40,000 SF of EIFs. At the same time exterior walls were refurbished, 181,000 SF of TPO roofing was removed and replaced along with new access ladders, roof hatch and walkway pads. New ADA compliant entrances were added or restored to applicable state and local guidelines complete with over 1,000 SF of new canopies.

Revamped main entrances and adjoining reception area incorporated over 3,000 SF of new aluminum storefront, laminated casework and quartz tops, gypsum board partitions, steel doors and frames, new floor and ceiling finishes and paint.

A new landscaping package included over 1,100 trees and shrubs, over 2,000 SF of river stone drainage bed, 150,000 SF Bermuda sod with irrigation system supporting all surrounding growth.
