Interior demolition of approximately 10,000 SF including CMU walls, ceilings, doors, VCT, tile walls and floors, toilet fixtures and storage partitions. Exterior demo of standing seam roof, brick veneer, utilities, paving, sidewalks, fencing and lighting. Added new utilities, high security and decorative fencing, paving with all appurtenances and landscaping. Installed new mechanical, electrical, plumbing fixtures throughout. Added 6,000 SF of new building onto exiting and installed new finishes throughout.
